SHOP POLICIES

All pieces in my shop are handmade by me. Some items are completely unique, while others are part of small collections that may be available or created upon request. Ready-to-ship items will be sent out within three days of purchase. For made-to-order pieces, please allow 7–10 days for completion, as each item is individually crafted and powder coated by hand, a process that may be affected by weather conditions. If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to contact me with your order number.

Free - Local pick up / drop off in Johnson City TN and surrounding areas.

RETURN POLICIES

Returns are accepted only in cases of craftsmanship defects that were overlooked or if an item arrives damaged in transit. Please note that slight variations are normal, as each piece is individually made and not cast. Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases; however, store credit may be offered if you’d like to exchange your item for something else. Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery, and the item must be returned in its original condition to qualify.
